Collaborative Support for Children in Learning Environments

At Evolve Minds, Dr Riham offers school and kindergarten visits as part of a comprehensive approach to understanding and supporting children’s emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
Observing children in their natural educational settings provides valuable insights into how they interact, regulate emotions, and engage with peers, teachers, and classroom routines.

These visits aim to bridge the gap between home, therapy, and school — fostering a collaborative network of support that promotes consistency, growth, and emotional wellbeing across all environments.

Purpose of School and Kindergarten Observations

On-site observations allow Dr Riham to:

  • Understand how a child’s emotional and behavioural patterns present in everyday settings.

  • Identify strengths, triggers, and areas that may benefit from additional support or intervention.

  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure aligned goals and practical strategies.

  • Inform or complement ongoing therapy, psychological assessments, or behaviour management plans.

What to Expect

Each visit is tailored to the child’s needs and the goals identified by parents or teachers. Depending on the referral, sessions may include:

  • Classroom or playground observations to assess social interactions, attention, and emotional regulation.

  • Consultation with teachers and staff to share observations, offer recommendations, and discuss practical supports.

  • Follow-up session with parents or caregivers to review findings, discuss strategies, and ensure continuity across settings.

A detailed written summary or report can also be provided upon request, outlining key observations, recommendations, and evidence-based strategies for home and school.

Empowering Collaborative Care

Dr Riham believes that children flourish when their caregivers, teachers, and therapists work together toward shared goals.
Her approach is respectful, culturally sensitive, and guided by compassion — ensuring that every child is understood within the context of their environment, learning style, and developmental stage.

Together, these visits help nurture confidence, connection, and lasting emotional growth — both in the classroom and beyond.
